Amazing, first of all, I had a very short period to get the home inspected. I contacted Larry on a Friday evening, he... gave me an appointment for Sunday morning (Mothers Day). With that being said, that showed his commitment to customers. While conducting the inspection, Larry explained what he was looking for and even fixed a couple of deficiencies on the spot (saved me at least $200). Brandon is one of the real professionals. I expected him to bring a drone and take pictures of the outside. Instead, he... walked every inch of the building including the roof.When this report was furnished to us, it was like a book including photos for each reference. Brandon was great! I called him on a Friday and he was able to schedule the inspection for the following morning. He... explained how everything works prior to the inspection. At the inspection site, he explained his plan and why he inspects things in certain order. He informed us of everything he found along the way, and translated it into understandable impact terms, given that choosing to purchase this home was dependent on his findings. He basically let us know what was minor and easily fixed and other things which may be a problem down the road. His full report with an extremely detailed and comprehensive write up which included photos, videos and 360 degree room photography was available prior to the 24 hour timeline provided. Brandon was friendly, helpful, and meticulous. Definitely recommend!!!read more
